FCKeditor Not Showing in Admin as an Option

I have unzipped the download for the add on for the FCKeditor and uploaded the files to my store I believe as indicated in the installation instructions but when I go to this step:

"My Store find the HTML Editor option. Set it to FCKeditor and clear your cache. You may also need to set the editor on individual pages the first time around."

In the My Store HTML Editor option - only plain text shows - there is no FCKeditor option to choose.

1) Did you rename the admin folder to match yours?
2) Have you checked to verify the new files are there, both in editors and admin?
3) Have you tried reuploading
4) what version are you uploading of the fckeditor plugin

OMG duh did not put the admin files in admin put them in store include not admin include ugg. Ok now I have the FCKeditor option showing and I chose it.

NOW When I go into say send email or a product to edit description it still shows plain text even when I switch to the FCKeditor. Shouldn't it look like this editor in the forum?
