running on Windows Server 2008R2 / IIS 7.5 / PHP 5.3.5 / MySQL 5.5.8 / ZC 1.50

getting nagged about resetting activity log so reset it and ZenCart admin
panel would not start (didn't check store) with HTTP 500. We noticed that
the Admin_Activity_Log table was empty so put in a dummy record (used
hex editor because gzpost cannot take null value). Admin panel started
working again.
