file not there??

Hi,
I'm using ZC 1.39 and I wanted to edit my "customer status" email. I used the developers took kit and searched the text that is in the customer status email I wanted to edit and it said the file is here: admin/includes/languages/english/customers.php But that file is not there. I checked my live site, and another test site and neither of them have that file in that directory. I'm completely confused b/c that file must be somewhere for that email to send. And when I used the Dev Toolkit it found "the text I searched" on line 51 of customer.php in that location. Any ideas on why I can't see that file?

The file is there in every installation I checked. Are you sure you're looking in admin/includes/languages/english and not just includes/languages/english ?

You I'm not a web guru, but I would think I could catch the directory right. I wasn't in the admin/includes.
