How to edit my main page?

Hello,
I have the estorenow theme installed on my zencart, but when I try to write on my main page through define pages editor, it makes the jscript banner disappear and the text then only appears at the very bottom of the front page. Does anyone know What i can do so I can have the banners and write on my main page?

set your text editor to plain text before you edit your define page or better still, edit the define_main_page.php file via ftp.
