Banner Manager's Start and Stop Dates Not Showing

At the Banner Manager, I could not see the date fields for both “Scheduled At” and “Expires On”. The two buttons to click the calendars for the Start (Scheduled At) date and the Stop (Expires On) date are missing. Hence, no calendars are displayed for dates selection.

What has gone wrong?

Hi Ajeh,

This is a clean install. I have noticed the issue since installation, if I can remember. I was focusing and learning on other areas then.

By the way, when I installed v1.3.9h, I have also installed it for another domain name (addon) in a different directory for trial purpose. The Banner Manager in this trial online store displays the Start and Stop date fields and the two calendars are working fine.

I have compared two banner_manager.php files using WinMerge, one from the trial online store and another from the one in question and the result was that the selected files are identical.

I just hope that no reinstallation is recommended.

You say the two buttons are missing ... do you see the input box for the dates?

There are no input boxes for the dates. [As mentioned, I could not see the date fields for both “Scheduled At” and “Expires On”.] I could only see “, or at” after the “Expires On:” and below it is the input box. Immediately after the input box are the words “impressions/views.”

Usually, that is what you will see if your java is turned off ...

are you seeing any debug logs in the /cache directory?

The Java Script is enabled in the Mozilla Firefox , so is Internet Explorer.

I'll look into the debug logs in the /cache directory next.

The latest myDEBUG-adm-xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.log is dated 5 Apr 2012 containing details that relates to object_info.php. I don’t see banner_manager.php so far in /cache directory.

Your /cache directory should not have any files in it, unless there are problems ...

If you could delete all of the files that end in .log then go to the Banner Manager and see if any new debug logs are generated and post the contents if they are ...
