if i have 2 coupon where is first coupon discount 10% for category A and second coupon discount 15% for category B
and my customer buys product at category A and category B so that get discount,
can redeem two coupon in a time? . . how to?

You can only redeem one coupon at a time. It's a hard limit of the system.
