Parse error in Admin with Big Royal Mail module

Sorry if this is in the wrong area - but here goes.
I have used the Big Royal Mail shipping module for some time - but the author is now not updating the rates etc - and I am left with an error showing in Admin - and I'm darned if i can work out how to remove it - I did contact the author - but have had no reply - so hoping someone can point me in the right direction to remove the warning / error...??

There is no such file in zencart. Is it a RM file?

Thanks for the link - I have tried as mentioned on that thread - but no success.

Philip suggests removing the file

/admin/includes/init_includes/init_sqlupdates_licence.php

as a temporary measure. I have renamed mine to .xxxphp and that has stopped the error appearing.

I have tried removing the module - but obviously missing something - I think - as mentioned in that thread - that there is a call to update from the external server - which I think is not working at the moment.

doesn't exist in the Big Royal Mail module in the Plugins area:

It certainly exists in my setup - I guess the module in the download section differs from the version that the author had available on his website some time ago - that version was a paid for module that queried an external server for updated Royal Mail prices - but is now no longer operational...
