Problem Installing Newsletter Subscribe Add On

Hello fellow Zen Users. I'm having a problem getting the newsletter subscribe add on to work. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. I followed the readme.txt for each step. I made sure each file is in the right location and still having problems. I'm not getting any error messages in the cache folder. So if someone can guide me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated. My site is http://qualityautowi.com. Also when I go to the layout box controller it does show the new subscribe sidebox, but it won't show in the front end. Also there is no install button anywhere in the admin area and the subscription manager is not showing under the customer tab. So i'm wondering if I need to upload the sql query manually...I don't know if that is possible for this add on. Anyways hope to get this working soon.

You need to search the Plugins for Mail Chimp ..
