Localization issue in e-mail: scandic break

Hi!

I've got the disclaimer working all right. When I add a e-mail message in admin with scandic characters it looks good in preview, BUT in the actual e-mail the characters have changed - sähkö (Rich: sähkö) becomes "sähkö".

Definitions:

Don't bother - solved. Copied and altered the swedish settings.
