I still cannot reproduce this issue ...

I see it happening on your site, but I cannot make it happen on any of my sites with the same settings ...

Have you added any kind of add ons to do with shipping in any manner?

I haven't any other addons regarding shipping. Since there are 2 problems (which one do you see?)

    - the 1 item being higher shipping price than 2 items
    - the switch to $0 at a certain amount.... that didn't happen in Classic template.....

Where/what files should I look at regarding the Classic template fix? If most of it works there, then I should be able to edit something, I just don't know where I went wrong in my template that would affect this.

Set your debug logs to Logs in the USPS module ... they will show in the /cache directory

Clean out your debug logs from the /cache ...

add quantity 1 to the cart ...

Set your address and hit update ...

wait about a minute and hit update ...

Refresh your /cache and copy the contents of the newest debug log for USPS ...

Wait about a minute and change the quantity to 6 ... then refresh your /cache and copy the contents of the newest debug log for USPS ...

On the debug logs that you are posting it looks like you only have First Class setup on the USPS shipping module ...

Can you go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on USPS ... do a REMOVE, INSTALL, and reconfigure it ... again with the Debug set to logs ... and try the two conditions again to the same address, same quantities, etc. ...

Ok, doing that now. Priority & First Class were chosen first time, too. Will reply back in a few.

Could you go to Modules ... Shipping ... and click on USPS ... then post what shows in the right column ... this is not making sense at all ...
