If it's an image, the only way would be to edit or recreate the image in your image-processing software.
You need the original image file, in its layer version, so you can open it up in Photoshop (or another image editor which can handle layers) so you can type in the words you want instead, and select the font you want instead. Then you save a "flattened" version of the file for use on your site.
If you don't have the version of the image with the layers intact you can't edit the text. Ask the creator of your template for the original file.

In your style sheet its
.headerTitle h1 {
font-size: 72px;
font-family: Edwardian Script ITC, Monotype Corsiva, Script MT Bold, Freestyle Script, script, cursive, serif;
color:
#923639;
position: relative;
top: -79px;
left: 28px;
display:none;
}
Add display:none; at the bottom as I have above
Try loking in the language files, maybe
includes/languages/english/YOUR_AVIGNON_TEMPLATE/header.php
Or maybe your includes/templates/YOUR_AVIGNON_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_header.php
If not in there, use developer tool kit in your admin > tools section and search for:
"R & R Buy and Sell"
or find the file where there is <h1 class="shadow">
You have that text repeated twice
Code:<div id="logoWrapper"> <address style="float:right; text-align:right; margin: 105px 40px 1px 1px; font-weight:bold;">R & R<br /> 63 E Main St<br /> Walden, NY 12586</address> <div class="headerTitle"><h1 class="shadow">R & R Buy and Sell</h1><h1>R & R Buy and Sell</h1></div>
