I have set up my paypal express checkout for about 2 weeks now but it still showing "processing". I have check back and fro couple of time and am sure my set both on the zc and paypal side are correct. Anyone have any idea?

If you're referring to the "Order Status" column in your list of payment modules, that is telling you what setting orders will use when they are paid using that payment module.
It is NOT telling you that the module is "working on something".
Any changes you make to payment module settings take effect immediately. The word "processing" merely reflects the settings used in the module. For it to show "Processing" is entirely normal, since that's what you want new orders to be set to when they're paid.
