Can't find meta_file.php

I have looked in the includes/languages/english and the meta_file.php just is not there.

I would like to change the tageline on my front page. I have searched the fourm and fqa's endlessly. I did find in the header.php file the

and changed it to this, but it doesn't show up. Then I saw where the forums said to change the meta_file.php but it's not there.
I did install zen cart through my hosting company.
Any help?

Actually, it's meta_tags.php in that folder. Is that there ?

No there is no meta anything.

I'd guess that your site wouldn't work without that file. Are you sure you're not looking in admin/includes/languages/english ?

Ok went back in and looked again and still can't find the file. It just is not there can you tell me where I might get a copy of it to put in that file if not

could you tell me the following. If you could tell me where the actually index.html file is I can perhaps change it there and then over ride that file in my

template. The html file that has all the code in it as I have found some that say index.html but when I go to examine it there is only an editor that

comes up with no code. Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure what you mean about the index.html file, but you can get a fresh copy of the meta_tags.php file from the Zencart zip file.
