    Default Plugin question

    Hello,

I just updated from 1.3.8 to 1.5.0, and I am wondering if anyone knows which, if any PLUGINS do NOT work with 1.5.0? (Actually, I ended up doing a fresh install of 1.5.0)

I only ask because Quickbooks QBI, Google Merchant Center Feeder, Pics for Categories and Attribute pricings are but a few of the PLUGINS which I am now having extreme problems getting to work.

    Thanks,

Tough question. I've found a good rule of thumb is, If the module adds items to the admin menu's they won't work (without being updated). If they don't add items to the admin menu's most of those I've tried seem to work.

    Your milage may vary.

It's not too difficult to make most mods work with 1.5. There's a thread somewhere or other (might be a couple of them actually) that tells you how.

    Hello,

Thank you both for your response. I did a search of the threads for the Quickbooks QBI plugin, but I could not find any info about it. Does anyone know if or how to make this work with ver 1.5.0?

It's very cumbersome to process orders without this plugin.

    Thanks all,

The QBI plugin is maintained by a third-party author, adam. He's the one posting in the QBI thread. Contact him for information on his plans for 1.5.0.
