How to reset the Admin statistics?

My site is out of testing and has launched. (Yah!) Although I still have test. as a beta, and have set up Git for version control. I'll be using wither Tower (Mac) or SourceTree (from BitBucket).

Anyway, I was wondering how to reset all of the data in the Admin that was built up during testing. For example, Products Views, Products Purchased and everything else in the "Reports" section of the Admin.
