Upraded to USPS Shipping Module 2012 - International Shipping Options Not Showing

Hello,

I am using v 1.3.8a and downloaded the latest version of the USPS Shipping Module that was released Jan 22, 2012. I checked the Developer Tool Kit and made sure the version number was correct (@version $Id: usps.php 18348F 2012-01-22 01:22:00Z ajeh $ ) and it was. For some reason, the international shipping options are not appearing when customers are going to check out.

I have another Zen Cart site and when I updated that one to the newest USPS shipping module everything worked fine, so I am not sure why this site is not working. I searched other Forum threads and haven't been able to find the answer. I am not great at using Zen Cart so if anyone could help me out that would be great. Thank you!

What is the Ship to that you are testing?

What is the weight that you are testing?

The address that we are testing is:
United Kingdom
West Yorkshire
LS22 7TW
- a lot of the customers are from the United Kingdom.

And the weight of the item is 0.8125.

Try saving your settings to NotePad and do a REMOVE and INSTALL then reconfigure the USPS shipping module ...

I copied my settings, removed, installed, and reconfigured the USPS shipping module and the problem still occurs. I also emailed USPS to see if I have international permissions and that I was on a production server and they said yes. This is what they sent me:

"Thank you for contacting the USPS® Internet Customer Care Center in regards to your web tools account 401JUSTA4594. I will be more then happy to assist you.

I am very sorry for the problems you have encountered. I have checked on your account and it is on the production server and you do have the internationl permissions.

I would recommend in order to resolve this issue getting in contact with Zen Cart to make sure that they have included the international coding into your sitem"

Here is the link to the website: (I already put an item in the shopping cart) When you click update, the shipping options should appear but they don't. I also tried doing a full order all the way through to see if it would add on later, but it doesn't.

Could you turn on the Debug to log files and try a search and see what comes up on the USPS debug log files?

Also, look in the Modules ... Shipping ... and can you post what all shipping modules are installed and the settings in the right panel?

I turned the Debug Mode on to Logs - where can I find the reports? I looked on the FTP and didn't see any reports after I tried hitting "update" for the shipping options.

The only shipping module that is installed on the website is the USPS one and here are the settings:
