Removing category and subcategory images from product pages

I'm using v. 1.5. I would like to have a large Category image but would like to prevent category or subcategory images from showing on any product pages. Any ideas on how I might accomplish this?

You say you want to prevent category images from showing on product pages. Is that because you've changed your category images to be huge and thus inappropriate for display elsewhere?

What's the business issue behind your decisions and questions?


Have you looked at the prev/next options in Admin->Configuration->Product Info ?
