Nav Bar under header is too narrow for two rows of Categories

The navigation bar under the header logo (NOT the breadcrumb bar) has the width of the tile_back.gif, namely 30 pixels. But once you get two or more rows of categories, the 30 pixels isn't enough and the text starts overlapping the lower edge of the nav bar.

I can make another tile_back.gif just for that bar, 60 pixels high or more, and that would take care of it. But... it doesn't work when I do

... and anyway, I only want to change the height of the navigation bar right under the header. I'm not even sure if that is navMainWrapper or navCatTabsWrapper, but in any case, the above doesn't work, period.

So, I want to make the navigation bar with all the categories, right under the header, have a different tile_back.gif image, which has 60 pixels of height and is different from the other tile_back.gif that is used for the sidebox headings and all those other places...

Okay, I did this:

}

#navCatTabsWrapper {
margin: 0em;
background-image: url(../images/50px_tile_back.gif);
padding: 0.5em 0.2em;
font-weight: bold;
color: #ffffff;
height: 50px;
}


I've made the nav div wider, both rows of categories fit, but... the tile_back.gif now looks weird and the breadcrumb is right up against the div, instead of having maybe 10 pix of background above it.
