Show Price with Document General Product Type

I am using the Andover Modern template and am trying to set my store up so that I have some products that are available for sale online but also some products that are only available as "showroom" like products.

Some items because of manufacturers restrictions I am not allowed to ship but still want to advertise the product with a price.

All of my items that can be sold are set to a product type of "product general" and I have set some products to "Document General"
Everything works properly with the exception that the items under "Document General" only show product name, description and attributes. I would like any items with "document general" product type to display exactly the same as all other items except no "Add to Cart" button

If I haven't explained everything well enough, please let me know as I can't figure this out.

Try using Document - Product ...

Then go to the Catalog ... Product Types ... and click on Document - Product ... click on EDIT ... and uncheck the box for:

This Product can be added to cart:
