Coupon won't deduct

Hello all

I have a question regarding coupon codes. I have a VIP coupon given to all my customers, set to free shipping, unlimited use but every time they use it, it would say, " you have successfully redeemed your coupon", but problem is, it won't deduct the discount price during checkout...

Discount Coupons are designed for 1 of the following, but not in combination:

1 Percentage off

2 Amount off

3 Free Shipping

If you have set that discount coupon up for a combination of the 3 discount types, it will not work correctly ...
