How do I get my username and password for the MySQL Database?

When I installed Zen Cart, I was told to provide (or was given) a username and password. How do I find out what these were? I need them to make a connection to my database.

That user name and password would be set when you created your database prior to installing Zencart. If you didn't assign either when the DB was created, they will usually default to the same user name and password that you use to access your hosting control panel.

you can see what the username and password for your database is by looking in includes/configure.php

Looks like you used a tool such as FANTASTICO or SOFTACULOUS to do the install... This is generally not advised. But in any event davowave points you to your solution to your question.
