can I include shopping cart contents on all checkout pages?

can i include other page's header.php in defferent page?

such as I want to display order list in checkout_shipping page, so I include shopping_cart's header.php

You want to be able to have the contents of you shopping cart available on other pages, which sounds like this module - http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=990

I've never used it (*disclaimer* <-- go and have a look at the plugins, there maybe better) but if you download it and look at the code you'll see how you can get the contents of your cart and it'll give you an idea of where to put it. For exactly what you want, it may just be a case of placing a little code in the template files of the pages you mention but that plugin will show you how to get the data.

... or you could use the built-in shopping cart sidebox, if you're ok with it being in a sidebox rather than the header.
