Default Hyperlinks within my product descriptions are not distinguished

Whenever I put a hyperlink in the body of my product information, it comes out on the website as underlined but not in traditional "eye catching" colors. I want to change the stylesheet so that any hyperlink will display as the standard blue for unvisited... I have looked in my includes/templates/custom/css/stylesheet.css file and I cannot find anything that I recognize (novice) as the obvious choice to impact this.... Right now I have to edit the "word" in the hyperlink by changing the font properties through the editor...and this is only partially effective and looks like crap....

Here is what a link looks like when I do not edit the properties:

Name:	link image.jpg
Views:	56
Size:	9.9 KB
ID:	10708

Here is what it looks like if I change the font properties:

Name:	link image2.jpg
Views:	62
Size:	9.4 KB
ID:	10709

Can someone tell me what I should look for for making these changes on a global (css) basis...?

    Thanks,

A link to your site would help a lot, but maybe something like #productDescription a {color: #3300FF;} added to the stylesheet.

You can either assign styles to the links store wide and make sure you remove all class specific styling or you can define styles per class like steve has suggested.
