cannot login to admin

Originally hosted on ispconfig 2 on fedora 10, installed new server on fedora 16 with ispconfig 3.

I could login like https://www.mysite.co.uk:81/MyAdmin no problem

new server after moving all files, i can access the standard site, when i go to login to admin it says
"Not Found

The requested URL /MyAdmin/login.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (Fedora) Server at www.tlsystems.co.uk Port 443"

if i disable ssl admin login i can login, when i enable it, it failes again.

the difference is ispconfig 2 uses ssl port 81 to login and ispconfig 3 uses 8080.

is it possible to alter zencart port? or am i looking at it wrong??

AMENDMENT TO ORIGINAL

I think i found the problem, if i access https://www.tlsystems.co.uk it shows the default fedora landing page from /var/www/html
I have edited httpd.conf and set docroot and restarted httpd, made no difference, its an ispconfig issue
How do i set my default https to be /var/www/tlsystems.co.uk/web/ in ispconfig

edited same file httpd.conf , but this time restart server, now https works fine
