Is there a way to track how many times a customer puts items into a cart

Im new to the working of Zen Cart Our credit card payment processing has not been working so our site has been up but customers would not have been able to actually purchase the items in their carts with a credit card. We are able to see how many people come to the site, that easy, but is there a counter for how many times a customer has put items into a shopping cart? We want to be able to compare that to the number of website visits we have gotten.

Priority should be to get your payment system working. Why have a shop if it can't take orders???
