Default Moved Server SSL problem with Admin Login

I am currently running 1.3.9h on two websites, both of which have been moved to a new server. The first and smaller one went through without any problems. The 2nd website is where there is now an issue with logging into admin.

I have checked the configure files for both websites and both appear to be the same in the configurations.

Both websites have had SSL set to FALSE in the includes/ and admin/includes.
I have used the fix_cache_key on both websites but on the 2nd website when this is put into the browser there is no message it just diverts straight to the down for maintenance page (which the website was set to prior to changing the DNS).

I purchased an SSL Certificate for the 2nd website and installed it through Cpanel, it shows and appears to be correct. I have not changed the configure files yet to read true for the SSL.

When I try to login to Admin using http it redirects to httpS and then I get the following error message:

    Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.XXXXXXXX.com.

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

    (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

Is there somewhere else in the files I need to change this redirection?

That's not a Zen Cart issue.
It's a problem with the SSL certificate key on your server.
Get your hosting company to fix it.

Actually, mprough says it best here: http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...rd_too_long%29
