template sidebox links not working properly

1.5 installed. new template installed. everything installed according to instruction and no other issues.

wanted to change the left side information links.
added 2 links (International orders and warranty.)

Hope this makes sense...
both pages show up on the left side information sidebox

both pages are now in define page editor in admin

neither page shows the middle content I put in the define pages editor.

Example: http://tbi-usa.com/store/index.php?m...=international

this page has content in it on the define pages editor in admin, but does not have any content live on the web.

not sure what i am missing to make this work correctly.

There are I believe 8 files required to add a define page
Do you have them all?
The about us add on can be referenced for what is required
