Attribute price - don't want +0.00 to show

How do I get rid of the price after the attribute name. I have multiple attributes that won't affect the price of the product, and I don't need anything to show for price. Currently what I'm seeing is like this:

Attribute [was: +$0.00 now is: Free]

[Ajeh]

In the Attributes Controller on that Attribute, try setting:

Attribute is Free
When Product is Free:
No
