Image Handler4 for v1.5.x Image optimization Issues

Hi,
Not sure if this is a Image Handler issue but using "Pagespeed," its telling me to optimize the images from the bmz_cache folder.

I have the following code in .htaccess which is just to control cache but don't think its helping.

<filesMatch "\.(jpg|jpeg|png|gif|swf)$">
Header set Cache-Control "max-age=12604800, public"
</filesMatch>
