No USPS Module Install Option

Sorry if this question has already been asked in the Forum/FAQ before; I couldn't find it searching for the key words.

Here is the problem:
Under the Shipping Modules I do not have the option to install the USPS method. In the tutorials I've seen, there is always that category present, just waiting to be activated. I have entered my zipcode and state under MyStore and Shipping/Packing per instructions in the wiki:

"To enable USPS shipping quotes:

Admin->Configuration->Shipping/Packing ... select your country and ZIP/Postal Code
Admin->Configuration->My Store ... select your country and zone/state
Admin->Modules->Shipping ... click on USPS ... click "Install"

The problem is under Admin->Modules->Shipping there is no USPS option, only the following:

Flat Rate flat 0
Free Shipping Options freeoptions Info
FREE SHIPPING! freeshipper 0 Info
Per Item item 0 Info
Per Unit perweightunit Info
Store Pickup storepickup 0 Info
Table Rate table 0 Info
Zone Rates

So, how do I turn on that option to appear to be installed in Shipping?

Assuming you're using Zencart version 1.5.0, you'll need to install the module:
