contact us problem,didnot receive email

after click "send" button,it show "Your message has been successfully sent."
but didnot receive any email,

I have sent more than 5 times,and have checked both inbox and junk of my email,and refresh ,but there is nothing,

what should I do ?



in addition,the host I am using is justhost,

figured out,it is because of host's limit,

so ,need to set as the following in order to use another way to send email


E-Mail Transport Method "smtpauth"
SMTP Email Account Mailbox your yahoo email's name
SMTP Email Account Password your yahoo email's password
SMTP Email Mail Host smtp.mail.yahoo.com
SMTP Email Mail Server Port 25

There is an add-on called email archive manager that is easy to install and is good to have - you can look in your admin folder and know right away if and what has actually been sent.
Sometimes email chokes if you try to send tons out at once, but what kind of limits won't let you send a single email?
And why are you using yahoo email for your business?

some host donot allow to use "php" method to send email out,

such as godaddy host ,you would need another setting if wish your email send out at contact us page.
