Spacing between products in category

I can't get some spacing or line between these products. The images are touching. I would also like some more space or a line between products in my specials and featured sideboxes.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated as I have tried about 8 things I read on the forum in my style sheet to no avail.

#productListing img {margin: 0 0 1em 0;}
