Hello everyone,
I did find a thread regarding this same problem, but with virtual products. I have a catalog of 750+ digital download products (.zip files) and out of all of those products, only about 5 of them are actually virtual (gift certificates).
I opened my shop to be 'live' to my customers last night. This is my first time using Zen Cart. I have a PP Business account. I have the Zen Cart guide book, and followed the exact instructions in that for setting up digital download products & gift certificates.
Customers selecting free products or paying in full with their Gift Certificate codes haven't seemed to have a problem.
Customers trying to purchase the digital downloads have emailed me saying that there's an error that comes up...PP is returning a blank address.
I have NO shipping modules installed under Modules->Shipping. I have no shipping or payment-related modules/plugins installed aside from the actual Module->Payment->PP Express one in the ZC admin.
Here are my PP Express settings in ZC. I had set up PP standard (the return URL settings & Website Payment Preferences that I set up w/ help from the PP standard setup guide here on ZC's website are still in there) , but removed it prior to setting up PP express.
