It has been over a year since doing any major updates to my website.
Now going through my notes to get to the admin log in I put in http://www.mydomain.com/zc_admin
Actual domain name used of course. Result with numerous tries "Page not Found"
Please advise.

'Page Not Found' is a pretty specific error message. It means the page you tried to send the browser to doesn't exist.
Use your FTP program to make sure the re-named admin folder exists and that the files that need to be in it are there.
