Added the USPS module that is the latest but getting odd weight conversion

Each dvd is 4 oz so i put 0.25 and when i goto estimate shipping it says this.

What is library? It's saying 3.25lbs.. So I put 0 for weight now it says 3Lbs

I don't know what 'Library' is, but I assume you can turn it off.

i set it to 0:0 and it seems to work. if i dont put weight it says 0.06lbs i guess that's usps doing that part. thank you for your help.
