Ok I (Customer) am in New Zealand, and am purchasing from an Australian website, my Paypal and Zencart addresses are identical, yet i get the following error as the customer.

PayPal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to

I have read the other threads on this, and The store has the address override set to 1 in the paypal IPN settings, so from my understanding this shouldn't happen should it?

What are the Caveats of changing to express checkout.

That message is probably coming directly from PayPal, so there may not be much to do about it by merely switching modules.

However, switching to EC gives a more seamless experience insomuch as order-info is immediately available in the shopping cart once payment is completed (whereas IPN/Standard doesn't do that reliably).
