please help find location of welcome to etc etc on main page

I cannot find the file which holds "Welcome to Tvtools"in the main page it was put there on installation. everything below is on define main page. http://www.tvtools.co.uk/shop/
this is my test site but i have same problem on my live site.

Thank you Steve, that has solved my problem,, nearly.
this is what I have:
define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Welcome to ' .STORE_NAME); /*Replace this line with the headline you would like for your shop. For example: Welcome to My SHOP!*/
I want it to read welcome to store name followed by some more text,,,, but wherever I try to fit the text in, it ends with total black out.

you could change it to this:

define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Welcome to ' . STORE_NAME . ', blah blah blah'); /*Replace this line with the headline you would like for your shop. For example: Welcome to My SHOP!*/ 

Which would produce "Welcome to TvTools, blah blah blah"
