Edit Customer -- Unwanted Minimum Values in Admin

I have minimum values set up in admin and when a new customer creates an account, they work as expected; however I'd like to turn these minimums OFF when editing/creating a customer as the admin.

Is there some code I can comment that will not run these functions while in the admin section?

That would be in the file YOUR_ADMIN/customers.php.
