Can anyone please let me know how do i change option that all customer has to register before checking out?

we are having so much problems from long time that customer purchase without registering and order doesnt come through.

You will need to disable the module that is allowing non-registration.

i found out that i have COWOA - CheckOut WithOut an Account on my zencart

would you please guide me how can i disable this

There are 2 modules for this.. check configuration menu "Fast & Easy Checkout"
