Have you changed the standard subscribe/unsubcribe method for Zen Cart?
You should be considering upgrading to at least 1.3.9h as your version is a hacker's thrift store.Are You Vulnerable for an Accessibility Lawsuit?

not sure what you mean here?
We intend to upgrade to V1.5 but woudl like to get this working before hand!

Sounds like maybe you uploaded non-admin files to the admin area, and/or vice-versa
