Google Checkout for ZC 1.5 & 1.3.X

Hello All,
As most are aware I am currently maintaining the Google Checkout module for ZenCart as Google long abandoned the module. The old thread (300 Pages+) is hard to trawl through, and the first 200 Pages at least have been changed since the version being discussed so we are starting a new thread (Mods: Please can we lock the old thread to stop double posting etc)

I have been very busy recently, but with more time on my hands, looking at activly developing this ongoing.

Things I will be adding very soon:

• Add CEON Advanced Shipper Support
• Fix Free Options Shipper bug
• Add better customisation of button on screens (such as better support for CSS adjustments etc)
• Cleanup the whole module to be better understood, including a debugging utility to help fix your own issues

Issues:
An issue is where you can't setup your module, something strange happens or you have questions. If you are having issues, post them here and I will respond asap. You might want to also email me to get my attention as sometimes the forum doesn't email me (http://www.mattclements.co.uk/contact/).
Bugs:
A bug is where something is not working, or a feature is required for the module. In which case please post an issue on the GitHub page: https://github.com/mattclements/Goog...Zencart/issues. These will be assigned and a version will be added for this.

Just noticed that the UK shipping options are not all there, e.g. RoyalMail, etc.

After installing TaxCloud plugin, the tax info isn't getting passed to Google Wallet. It shows up as $0.
Also, the shipping options listed in Google Wallet aren't the same prices or options listed when in Zen Cart.
I have the UPS and USPS plugins installed.

Zen Cart 1.5

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

To be clear, Google Checkout 1.5.1 should be used with ZC 1.5, and Google Checkout 1.4.9 must be used with ZC 1.3.9?

In addition to my previous post... I used this solution http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?p=656187 (replace googlecheckout.php) to fix the issue of GC always showing free shipping. The problem now is that for orders less than one pound, USPS shows default (not calculated values). Any ideas?

Also, Priority Mail is not an option in admin GoogleCheckout Carrier Calculated Shipping which is unfortunate.

I found another issue. Here is a summary of my concerns so it is all in one post:

1. To be clear, Google Checkout 1.5.1 should be used with ZC 1.5, and Google Checkout 1.4.9 must be used with ZC 1.3.9

2. For orders less than one pound, USPS shows default, not calculated values

3. GoogleCheckout Carrier Calculated Shipping only shows USPS Parcel Post and Express, not First Class or Priority

4. (new) The modifications to orders.php break paypal pro refund functionality. When I revert to old orders.php, paypal works again.

I am using zc 1.3.9h and module 1.4.9

I'm trying to track down an issue with Internal 500 Server errors. These only occur when I enable our production template which uses Google Wallet for checkout exclusively.

Is it possible that these could be related to this payment module?

Would appreciate any thoughts on tracking this problem down.

Issue with coupons. A customer can enter an expired coupon in GC, and it is then honored in ZC. 1.3.9h & 1.4.9

Hi Matt,
I am using zencart v151. It has fec1.11,paypal express checkout,Google checkout addons. added a product to cart,clicked buy with google checkout in shopping cart. completed the order in gc. after order is placed,tried to redirect to zencart checkout success page(Clicked on return to onlne store). It is giving warning message(please refresh again).
Following message is in logs:

Drbyte mentioned, "Zen Cart doesn't have a 'checkbox' field in the 'orders' table, so the problem isn't part of Zen Cart original code.
The query you quoted shows that the PHP code generating the query isn't properly including an order number, and thus is generating bad SQL queries".

I am able to process order with paypal express checkout.

2.There is another issue where order is not created in zencart admin under orders
