Main page suddenly missing right side bar and footer

Hi All,

I'm developing my site. Everything appeared to be working okay however, now, I have lost my right side bar and footer on the main page (possibly when I tried to change the location of the site on the server). If you go to any other pages the side bar and footer appear. My site is here:

www.infrasonic.com.au

Featured products and specials also do not appear on the main page (but do on all other pages).

I've tried replacing the "tpl_main_page.php" and "tpl_footer.php" in the includes/templates/my template/common folder without luck. I also recall this problem might have happened after I changed file permissions while tightening security as per the zen cart wiki recommendations - possibly that might have affected something?

Any suggestions?

Fixed! I re-installed entire backup of the store (not the SQL files, just the server ones via ftp).

Now working fine.

Epilogue:

I found out what the problem was; tightening permissions on the "include/languages/english/html_includes" folder and the "my_template" sub-folder. When I change them to 644 I loose the right and bottom banner boxes. But if I set them to 755 the formatting is fine. Note all files in these folders are set to 644.

So how should set the permissions for these folders?
