Hello experts!!

I'm working on a Canadian business website who likes to set up its shipping rates based on province, using FedEx. Ex:

Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): $14.99 CAD
Eastern Canada (ON, NB,NL, QC, PE, NS): $18.99 CAD

I looked into Zencart backend Modules / Shipping and found the example are defined by COUNTRY.

Is their any way I can set up province-based shipping rates using default shipping module or ZenCart FedEx add-ons????
