When I set "Send Copy of Create Account Emails To - Status" to enabled (1) the above mentioned error halts the acceptance of a new customer. When 0, the new customer is welcomed promptly!

1. Click "Advanced Search"
2. Check the "FAQs/Articles" checkbox
3. Paste your error message into the search keywords box: WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again
4. Do the search
