500 (Internal Server Error) on XAMPP

This is the configure file for the admin side - database left out intentionally. Without the code below, I get the "normal" not configured properly. With it I get error 500. I do have several Zencart on my XAMPP, but the other ones work. Also the shop side of this one works!?
