Checkout and other secured pages are not showing as secured

I have an SSL certificate installed on my host. I can start my store as a secured site, but when adding a product to the cart, the checkout process is not showing as a secured page. I have tired everything suggested through out these forums, but no luck.

I have know idea where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated

I just added a pair of boots to my buggy then went to checkout and everything switched to HTTPS as expected.

Login switches to HTTPS as expected.
