Per Unit shipping module won't activate

Hi,
I've activated the Store Pickup Shipping Module, and am trying to activate the Per Unit module as well.

However after inputting all the values, the Per Unit module is flagged as amber (i.e.. not active). What am I doing wrong?

On your Zone Definition for South Africa what are the DETAILS setup as?

What is the Address that you are testing for Shipping Address?
