Some products are showing a blank page

Hello Everyone,

I recently noticed several crawl errors (153 to be exact) appearing in Google Webmaster. Upon looking into this I discovered that my site has products pages that appear as a blank page. These products are turned on in the admin, can be previewed in the admin and also show in the product listing pages on the web site.

Here is an example of a blank product page:

It appears 4th in the product listing below:
http://www.kcbgraphics.com/index.php...x&cPath=14_321

Does anyone have an idea what might cause this?

You have something killing the main content. Try comparing the page sources for kiosk 1 and 2 to get an idea of where it's happening.

If I compare both pages in Win Merge product 2161 is missing everything from <div class="centerColumn" id="productGeneral">.

There's nothing strange in the admin/product description that I can see....it looks like this:

...it looks like it's a problem on 153 products on the site.
Any ideas on what might cause this?

This is a fatal PHP error - part of the page is output until it hits the PHP error & then it falls over.

First thing, check your /cache/ folder for error log entries. Zen Cart writes all PHP errors to /cache/ so hopefully this should have something useful in it. If not, ask your host if there any other PHP error logs that may pinpoint the culprit.

If you can't find any errors, the only clue would be where it fails - which is BEFORE it should load

so something might be wrong in the PHP code for this section of the page. The fact that it only occurs on some pages means little, just means that the error trigger is only present on some pages.

Quickest way to solve this is to find the relevant PHP error log entry if you can.

I've got nothing in myDebug/cache since Dec 2011....I'll check with my hosting company as well.

Hello everyone,

This was resolved by Quentin at GeekHost.ca. It was an attribute that was causing the error, if I deleted the attribute and inserted it again the blank page was gone and the product page could be viewed online.
