Unable to edit, disable or add product to categories admin

I have looked at this thread and this one. But it does not solve the problem.

To avoid copying and pasting to show, hit Post Quick Reply. Look above the big, black bar that says Quick Reply. You should see another bar that says Posting Tips.

Please answer as many as you can.

Like above v1.5. Have checked all the neccesary files all seem to be ok.

But I reloaded categories.php, twice but only worked on second attempt, weird! but who cares. Of course still have the old file in case things go bonkers again.
