UPS Module - High shipping weights

using the ups shipping module and when i do a test for a .25 lb package and shipping to same zip code it comes up as $19.48 for ups ground. this cant be correct?? please help . using zc 1.5

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

I believe all is correct
tare and larger packages are set to 0:0
postal code is from 95642, which is the place of shipping
maximum package weight is currently at 50 lbs
shipping estimator is set to - 1 (on)

What are your settings if you go to Modules ... Shipping ... and click on UPS and look in the right panel?

Do you have *both* the Small to Medium Tare Rates *and* the Large Tare Rates set to 0:0 ...

If you go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on your UPS shipping module ... what do you see in the right hand panel on the details ...
